About

I’m a Brooklyn native with a passion for fitness, on an ongoing quest for beauty products for sweaty people.  My dad was a United States Marine and New York City Fireman for twenty-six years so I  learned early and often the importance of physical conditioning. He may hate my tattoos, but honestly they can be a great alternative to the spray tan — if you can’t tone it, tattoo it.

My background could not be more varied, from competitive basketball to boxing, martial arts and bodybuilding to yoga, pilates and kettlebells. If it has ever existed in the fitness realm, I have probably tried it. I began competing athletically at four years old and my commitment to an active lifestyle has been around ever since. As a trainer, I’m constantly researching the latest findings in health and fitness, to inform and inspire my clients (and myself).

My experience has taught me a couple of valuable lessons about training: keep it interesting, keep it new and keep it positive!
